George Henry Rutherford was born 30th July 1875, Richmond, VIC. He is the eleventh child of twelve for Thomas Rutherford and Elizabeth Regester (Addison). George is my 2nd Great-Granduncle. His nephew (my great-grandfather) also fought in WW1, except he was killed near Gueudecourt on the Somme (see my website for further details http://www.november5th1916-gueudecourt.com/).
